In honour of Our Lady of Pontmain, on 17th of each month in commemoration of the Apparition on 17th of January, a Marian Day has been prepared for pilgrims to Pontmain.

Mary appeared to the Jewish people. She is a daughter of Israel and therefore she joins with her people in prayer and particularly in the singing of the Psalms. The Psalms are also a part of the treasury of prayers of the Church. Therefore, this year it is suggested that pilgrims to Pontmain rediscover the Psalms as a form of prayer through reading, meditation and through prayer with the Virgin Mary.
